Here we have laid out, step by step, our booking process. This should make it easier to understand how it works.
First, check out our list of Depots to make sure that we can supply to the location you need. Please note that pickups and dropoffs at certain depots carry a surcharge.
Then, have a look at our Models, to find the motorhome that suits your party.
Once you have found the motorhome you are interested in, you should check out the Pricing information for your chosen model. All pricing information is available on the website.
The next step is to fill in the Availability Check form and send it in to us. Please fill in as much detail as you can, so that we can properly check availability. Please don't use the form on our Contact page for this. It does not tell us everything we need to know, and all that will happen is that we will send you to the Availability Check Form!
Once we receive the Availability Check Form, we will contact our depots to see if there is availability for your request. It can take up to 2 days to get availability information, especially during high season.
Once we have the availability information, we will generate a Quote, and send it to you.
If you decide to make the booking, you will click the Secure Booking Link that will be included in the quote email.
Fill in all the details on the Secure Booking Form, and send it in to us, including your credit card details. If you are requesting Aiport pickup or dropoff, please give details of any flights, including flight numbers.
We will make the booking with the depot, who will then send us a confirmation.
We will then send you confirmation of the booking. We then charge the deposit for the booking if there is more than 45 days to go before the pickup date. If there is less than 45 days to go, we will charge the full amount. Please ensure that your Credit Card is ready to receive such a charge.
